RELATIONSHIP THERAPY
Being connected to other people is exhausting, am I right?! While relationships can be the source of our greatest joys and deepest growth, they can also cause profound pain, confusion, and dysregulation. When a relationship feels like it isn’t working, it’s a good idea to bring in a third-party. Sometimes we are just too close to the issue(s) to be able to see clearly.

I support couples who are feeling disconnected from each other, struggling to communicate, navigating betrayal, exploring gender and sexuality together, or simply wanting to take their relationship to the next level and be on the same page as they do so.

Not all important relationships are romantic! When a friendship or sibling relationship is strained, it can lead to anguish more acute than some divorces. If you and someone you love are navigating a conflict or rupture, it is just as worthy of support as a couple in a similar boat. I’m here to come alongside you both and help you move towards repair.

Coming in Summer 2025: Forward Therapy Intensives. In collaboration with Ashlee Knight, LMHC, we will be offering short-term intensives for families and other tight-knit groups in crisis seeking support in finding a workable path forward for all involved.

How it works

Sessions
Relationship therapy sessions are typically 90 mins long.
I offer in-person sessions in the NoMad area of New York City on Mondays and Fridays, and see clients virtually on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please email me at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. For same-day, non-emergency cancellations or no-shows, the full session fee will be charged.
Prior to your first session, you must complete the intake & consent forms linked below.

Payment
My standard rate for relationship therapy session is $325. For those experiencing financial hardship, I offer reduced rates. I accept Venmo, Zelle, and credit card.
In alignment with my commitment to equitable access to mental healthcare, I reserve half of my caseload for clients who are experiencing financial hardship and need a reduced rate (also known as “sliding scale”).
I use SimplePractice to process payments for sessions, and require both parties to have a credit card, debit card, or HSA card on file.
To help offset costs, I encourage clients to look into whether they have out-of-network (OON) benefits. You can check yours here. If you’re eligible, I’m happy to offer monthly superbills to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.
Please note that my sliding scale and insurance spots are currently full. I am still accepting full rate clients, and I’m happy to add folks to a waitlist for my sliding scale or insurance spots if my full rate is not accessible or sustainable. If you want to be added to one of these waitlists, please make a note of that when submitting an inquiry here.
